I have been so busy the last several weeks (seems to be my theme lately), but along with that, I have had the sickies and was out on holiday. So, that being said, I am behind on all my crafty projects! I am going to share a quickie with you today, that I have been meaning to post, save for the previous banter!! LOL
As I had noted on a previous post, I have been taking part in Carolyn Dube's Permission to Play Workshop. I'm probably one of the last ones to post the finished project. Everyone else has gone on to make SEVERAL journals, where I have yet to finish the first one! Oh boy! LOLOL I had previously shown a couple of the journal pages with you in an earlier post, so they will be "repeats!" Hey, since I'm behind, I got to get them back in there to make it look like I have been doing something! :) LOLOL
So those are all sixteen of my pages! I had so much fun doing them, although I did catch myself overthinking a time or two, which most certainly was what Carolyn was trying to get us to avoid! It was to be "permission" to play and play anyway you want to!! I do feel like I did that to a degree, after I got over myself that is!!! LOLOL I still have to do my ribbon and finish the last lesson. I will post my finished product after that!!
I pray all of you who follow my blog and live in the States, had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I confess, I had a brilliant holiday filled with fun, relaxation, foodies and giving thanks to my Father in Heaven for ALL of His many blessings on my family! Those of you who have read my blog before know that we are a camping family. So for Thanksgiving we did our "annual" Thanksgiving camping trip and it was such beautiful weather the whole time and just lots of fun with family and friends! I'm a blessed gal to be sure! :)
Here's hoping you have a fabulous rest of the day! :)
(P.S. If anyone can tell me a MORE effective way to display my pictures I would be SOOOOOOO grateful for the heads up! I KNOW that this is so archaic!)
Blessings
I've missed you Felicia! I figured you must have been busy! Sheesh, you really went to town on these pages, Girl! They look gorgeous and complete as well - most of mine are only 80% finished. They're too good for scrap cardboard, really! Happy December! :))
ReplyDeleteThanks my champion, my friend!!!! :)))))) Pish, posh, your pages are FABULOUS! True Zsuzsa style!!! Thank you as always for your wonderful encouragement! It keeps me peppy! :) Happy December to you as well! :)
DeleteGreat pages Felicia :) So fun and colorful! I have the classes lined up in my email to do but was so wrapped up in that nanojoumo challenge I did nothing else..lol. I will get to it one day!
ReplyDeleteThank you Shel!!!!! It really was fun! Being "colorful" was a new thing for me because I tend to sway towards the same color scheme, but I let Carolyn lead me on that...she's the "color mama!" LOLOL I have sooo been loving your nanojoumo! By far, I haven't watched all of the videos, but the ones I have, I have loved! What I think I will do is start back at the beginning and go all the way through them...THEY ARE FABULOUS! You are such a wonderful artist my friend! :) Thanks for stopping in and many blessings to you! :)
